Dominikanerkloster

The inner city is rich in sacred buildings, many are prominently located, some are more off the beaten tourist paths. Santa Maria Rotunda and its monastery is one of them. Built as a branch of the Dominicans in Vienna in the early 13th century, the church and convent are architectural witnesses of the city's eventful history.
